Now, downtown is sunny, and it looks like it's about to thunderstorm at home. You just never know. Insane, that's a good description.<br /><br />Golf. You asked earlier. This will help your sprints. 50 m, swim as fast as you can or nearly so, but count every stroke your hands take. Then add the number of strokes to the number of seconds. For example, I can pretty reliably get 50 m in 45 seconds. The number of strokes varies from 36 to 42. This teaches you to balance speed and stroke efficiency. My Grandma was a state champion swimmer and taught me to swim so I don't have any trouble with my stroke. If only I could get over the boredom of the never ending 'T'.
