Last night's 4 mile run was a total stonker. I don't know if I mentally wasn't able to get into it or if I really was just tired but I ran slow.... I need to remind myself that not every run can be terrific, but I need to just keep one foot moving in front of the other.
Here's hoping Thursday's 4 miler is a bit better. Coming up for this evening - it is Wing Wednesday at Earl's and then I'm hoping to get a weight workout in. We'll see how that works out!
