This is the last week of my 15K training plan and today called for a 3 mile run. I went out over lunch to run the pathway along the Bow River again and finished in 32:26. I figured I'd better get the run in ASAP since I have to get my dogs to the kennel this evening and I still have to pack for my 7 am flight tomorrow. I have barely set stuff aside to remember, although I do have a small pile containing my Garmin charger, camera charger, Body Glide, Sport Beans and a waist pack to carry my camera in on the races.
In light of the crazy busy night that it will be, tonight is chicken night. I'll pick up Swiss Chalet for dinner on my way home. Yum, quarter chicken dinner, white!

Runner Gal Leana,
Dang, lost another comment, I'm SOOOO bad at this.
Swiss Chalet? Must be a Canadian thing! But, count me in on the quarter chicken dinner, white!
Oh, and good call on the Body Glide. Think if I had a choice of forgetting it, or socks, I'd pick the socks :-)!
Good luck, and say Hi to Minnie for me.

Nice post, and great blog. So how did the Minnie go? I look forward to reading your race report.

Wow. I really miss Swiss Chalet. I need to introduce my American husband to the wonders of the white-meat quarter chicken dinner there. Mmmmm.
BTW, my favorite running socks for long runs if you get blisters between toes (absolutely saved me!):
