Feeling like a Snuffleupagus

Last night was arms and core at Fit Ball. I know my lower back is weak and needs some improving so this was a great class. Needless to say, I definitely feel the effects of it today. After the class was done a few of us went out for a quick 20 min run - 1.45 miles for me. This morning was a bonus cross training session as we had a fire drill. There is nothing like walking down 30 flights of stairs to kick in the leg muscles a bit! Tonight I have confirmed it with Karen, I'll be meeting up with the Calgary Roadrunners. I'm looking forward to meeting a few more people I can run with here in town since I'm definitely getting into the group running thing more and more. I'm also making plans to run with at least another one to two people over lunch on Thursdays as well. In bad news I seem to have caught this sinus cold thing that is making its way around. Tons of people around here seem to have it. Hopefully it won't take too long to clear up as San Francisco is right around the corner. Advil Cold & Sinus is about to become my new best friend...

Thanks for the comment on my blog.

I'm sorry you're not feeling well. Advil is your friend!

We'll both be in San Fran and Orlando at the same time - and we have also run the same race in the past - The Minnie last May.

Good Luck in S.F.!

I'm not too sure if this works, but load up on the antioxidants and it may...may have an effect on your cold.

I got the Runner's Retreat package for the marathon...finally pulled the trigger. We'll see if it was worth it.
