A Photo Tour of Horse Creek

I promised some pictures from my next ride out at Horse Creek, so on Sunday afternoon I headed out with my camera for a nice easy ride. We'll be riding from one stop sign to another and back again.
Check out the bus in the field here:
Alpacas I think? Llamas maybe?
That is one heck of a hill off in the distance! Not to mention the added bonus you get trying to dodge all of the ruts in the road...Finally! At the stop sign!
Part of someone's gate to their farm...Stopping for a self portrait:
A horse on Horse Creek Road:
More wildlife! Cows!
This is where all of the deer hang out:
Then that was it, I was back at the car 23 miles later!

Looks like a challenging serene ride.

I alway dream of a smooth paved road where no cars are allowed and just cyclists.

I love the pictures! It's so beautiful out there.

I am dying to get out there and ride. It's been almost a week for me!

Cooooooooooooooooowww.... That was for SR.

I believe those animals you thought were alpaca's, were actually Llama's. Alpaca's are way cuter!

Aren't you scared to ride on crowded streets like that? I mean, what if the bus had decided to up and drive onto the road... it could have passed you!

Now that's a bike ride. I would love to get out in an area like that and just ride.....

Great photos! And great ride!

Regarding Alpacas vs. Llamas?... I dunno. They all look the same to me too. Just like babies. Boy, girl, they all look the same...

Looks like a great ride, and probably quite enjoyable in the fall weather.

Thanks for the photos!! I love riding in rural areas but those hills are something else! They'll make you strong for sure, though. Great ride!
