This evening I went to my first yoga class. I have an unlimited pass from now until September 2, so I intend to get as much use out of it as I can. (Between running 3 times a week and bikini boot camp 2 times a week that may be a challenge, but I'll see what I can do....) I felt some really great stretching in my legs with various poses, and it was a great opportunity to work on my balance, not to mention it was really relaxing. I think this will be a really key workout for me, especially once my mileage increases in the fall with Goofy training, so I'm sure I'll keep up with it even after my pass expires. I definitely recommend giving it a try!
