How badly do you want a pair of yoga pants?

For any single guy living in Calgary, if you are looking for the best place to meet girls this weekend they are all down at the Big 4 Building on the Stampede Grounds. The major purveyor of yoga clothes and sweats in this town - Lululemon - is having their warehouse sale there this weekend. Calgary and Ottawa are the only cities in Canada that even get the sale. The clothes are pretty nice, but you have to get past the price tags first as the pants are all around $100. I remember when I purchased my first pair I called my sister-in-law to tell her.
Me: "T, I just dropped $98 on a pair of capri pants from Lulu."
T: "Seriously???"
Me: "But they look really good!"
T: "For that price they should be able to do your dishes!"
So anyhow....upon hearing the words "Lululemon" and "sale" in the same sentence I knew I had to get down to the Big 4 sometime this weekend. Yesterday there were reports of 4 to 5 hour line ups just to get in. Cripes. So how badly does one want a pair of yoga pants for goodness sakes? But guys....that's where all the girls are...

Do they make you bend any better or is it the fact that they're on 'sale'?

Same thing happens here when Title9 has their "basement" sale!

You could always just buy them in the States - lulu capris are about $20 cheaper down there... :o)

I'll be right over.

Four hours? Yikes...you would think that they were giving out lunch and free samples or something. Good luck with the bargain hunting.

Ditto on the US comment. I bought a hoodie in Chicago for $70 that cost over $90 in Canada (plus significantly lower taxes). Check out a US store next time your in the states (meet you in Chicago for a little shopping :-)?).
