Before class last night I headed out to Edworthy Park a bit early to get a run in on my own. The run was...okay... My shin felt better, but my legs in general just felt a bit out of whack. The wind was biting cold and once I finished up I changed into some dry clothes and met up with the group for boot camp. Wow...it felt even colder at boot camp than it did while I was running. We had a great workout though and I can definitely feel my abs this morning. This week is kind of slow workout-wise. I'll most likely be taking today and tomorrow off to make sure the legs are in good shape for my 5K race this Sunday.
